The ingredients consist of sugar, pepper and onion, which gives the pancake a sweet, slightly spicy and savory taste, that will keep you asking for more.      During my varsity years,there was a ' 'kitchen debate '' among my flat mates on whether or not, onions and peppers were required in Pancakes;the first group would only use peppers in theirs', while the other  group won't have pancakes without onions ; at the end it was finally concluded that these two ingredients ( when added to your taste ) are what really gives the Nigerian Pancake it's distinct taste.      I always use both and my pancakes come out irresistible; you should try it out. Homemade Peanut Butter is so easy to make and does not contain any additives or preservatives.  It is also a good source of protein, carbohydrates and good fat, and enjoyed by kids and adults as well. Peanut Butter serves as a yummy spread for bread and can be used in cookie recipes and other delicious snacks.    If you've never made Homemade Peanut Butter from scratch, I challenge you to try out this easy method, you'll be glad you did. Ingredients: -500grams roasted Peanut or groundnut - 1 pinch of  salt( optional) - 2 teaspoons sugar(optional, but makes it sweeter) - 2 teaspoons Peanut or vegetable oil(for lighter consistency) Note: All you really need for making all-natural peanut butter is ONLY peanut (groundnut), but a some people like it sweeter and of lighter consistency, that's why I provided the other ingredients.  Simply, leave out the extra ingredients if you like it all-natural. I like how it's a bit hard on the outside, but gets chewy as you enjoy its milky sweetness.     I loved this toffee as a kid and still do now.Here's how to make this famous old school Condensed milk toffee. Flour Tortilla is one of the best flat breads ever. It is so easy to prepare and takes no time .  I make Flour Tortilla and Pita Bread, to use as a shawarma wrap and just love it. Here's my pita bread recipe   Flour Tortilla is usually made with baking powder, but I'll show you how to also prepare this flat bread with yeast. Shawarma bread (Pita Bread) is so easy to make. All you need are 3 or 4( if you add oil) basic ingredients, that I bet you already have in your kitchen. I love making food from scratch and love it more when the process is easy and takes little or no time. You don't have to be a cook, to  make this bread;even if you haven't baked bread before, you won't have any problems making this flat bread . I'll show you how Shawarma bread is made on a pan ( stove top ) and in an oven. Both methods are great, but with the pan, you get the distinctive brown spots of pita bread , while in an oven you don't get as much( except you are using an oven stone ).    This is how I used mine for Chicken Shawarma ( Looks good, right?).
