Afang Soup Afang soup is a tasty, nutritious Nigerian soup , native to the Efiks/Ibibios ( Akwa Ibom & Cross river states ). I tasted this soup for the first time, at a food kiosk in Akwa Ibom, during my NYSC orientation.
